What People Are Saying

You can instantly feel the high vibe the moment you walk into this place. Wow. It has a very open and inviting feel the moment you step in. It was my first time attending a Mantra & Kundalini class and I’m so glad I did at the C Yoga studio with instructor Teresa. The class was beautiful and filled with gentle poses and uplifting mantras – all designed to energize and lift the spirit. Gotta say – it delivered! I left the session relaxed and happy. That said, it is also a place to let go. I found it to be a very safe place, whether a pro or an amateur. If you have ever thought about going to a Kundalini yoga class, expanding your practice, or looking for a reputable yoga studio in the area, I highly recommend this place… and I hand’s down recommend Teresa’s classes.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth

Yoga entered my life in middle age as a solution to the many aches and pains of a lifelong active lifestyle including competitive sports at the Masters level. Not only did I discover the amazing benefits of a regular and rigorous practice, but I also discovered that there were whole parts of myself that had been deeply buried during years of working, multi-tasking and child-rearing. Yoga teacher training and regular practice has helped me to show up as a more authentic, accepting, imperfect, patient and loving version of myself. What’s better than that?

Negativity as a Currency

Complaining as a social currency

After I switched my life through the help of Yoga and spiritual beings, I saw myself in a great space of abundant love. Everything and everyone around me accepts me and supports me the way I am. How is this possible?

The thing was that this feeling of infinite vastness gets threatening to others. Even to me. So I started smalling myself because suffering connects us all in a less threatening way. I was not making anyone uncomfortable with my genuine joy. I realized that setting up boundaries to these scarcity mentality people was a big challenge in my Spiritual development. And that if I didn’t learn how to do this I was gonna struggle with the way the Universe works its vastness.

We are conditioned to feel unworthy and not enough. We are devoured by marketers, banks, systematic education/adoctrination. Religious rigidity and so on… We are conditioned to die unhappy and unloved. Feeling that the world owes us something as if the infinite source wasn’t available to everyone. We keep reading horror news, crashed markets, immigration tragedies, endless hours are invested in drama so that we can feel we belong to the unfairness with a sense of false security. Making desitions from fear will only lead to more fear. And will build a half way lived life.

Next time you find yourself ruminating negativity, compensate the pattern with positive ruminations. Chew on each sign of love, care, nurture, acceptance, and fairness around you. There is no more need to interpret the world from the first chakra (survival), humanity is ready to evolve these old skills. There is no coincidence that third world countries are happier than many first world ones. The self gratification way is exchanged for community oriented lifestyles embracing challenging emotions and feelings. Changing the attitude.

Start translating your mess into meaning and stop focusing on Hedonistic positivity. Life is as it is. Start a complain fasting and experiment with your own body the benefits of accepting uncomfortable emotions to diminish them. Stop fixing people, politics, thoughts, Religion, relationships.

Sit, observe, and live.

Meditation and Yoga are very important for this process to unfold appropriately.

The thing was, that this feeling of infinite vastness got threatening to others. Even to me. So I started smalling myself to be more accepted in a fearful world, because suffering connects us all in a less threatening way.

The Universe provided me with the same frequency souls, I was not making anyone uncomfortable with my genuine joy. Only those who were loyal to the not enough mindset. I realized that setting up boundaries to these scarcity mentality was a big challenge in my Spiritual development, if I did it successfully, then my life will align in ways I cannot even imagine. And that if I didn’t learn how to do this I was gonna struggle with the way the Universe works its vastness. I would miss the offers time after time.

We are conditioned to feel unworthy and not enough. We are devoured by marketers, banks, alcohol, drugs, systematic education/adoctrination, religious rigidity and so on… We are conditioned to die feeling unhappy and unloved, loving half way. Feeling that the world owes us something as if the infinite source wasn’t available to everyone. We keep reading horror news, crashed markets, immigration tragedies, endless hours are invested in drama so that we can feel we belong to the unfairness with a sense of false security. Using shortcomings like alcohol and drugs to “release” that stuff making ourselves believe we are reaching a highly deserved “I don’t care anymore” mindset.

Making desitions from fear will only lead to more fear. And will build a half way lived life. Next time you find yourself ruminating negativity, compensate the pattern with positive ruminations. Chew on each sign of love, care, nurture, acceptance, and fairness around you. There is no more need to interpret the world from the first chakra (survival) humanity is ready to evolve these old skills becoming crown oriented. There is no coincidence that third world countries are happier than many first world ones. The self gratification way is exchanged for community oriented lifestyles embracing challenging emotions and feelings. Changing the attitude. If you want to step into your highest vibrational light and experience your authentic truth, there is no place for alcohol in your life. This is not to say that you can’t drink alcohol and have spiritual experiences or experience and connect with your highest self. It is only going to be a half way experience, that is proven. This means that one glass of wine a week causes your vibration to continually drop over time. I think we’re all here on this channel to step into higher levels of light and that’s why I wanted to come forward. Society makes alcohol look glamorous. Chances are, that like me, you have friends who drink alcohol. There are also spiritual teachers who drink. Until recently, I was one of them. But I know now, without a doubt, that alcohol has no space and no room in my life. It has no room on the path of stepping into the highest possible vibration.

Are you ready to pay the price?

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Vinyasa

A more vigorous practice linking breath to movement. Classes usually incorporate music.  Derived from Ashtanga – this practice builds, strength, stamina and balance. Our teachers ensure that postures are accessible to everybody and offer more advanced modifications if the student wishes to engage further. Our International Master Teacher and founder, Colin Wolpert ‘s signature classes are Vinyasa based. A fun time to be had by all.

Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga is a technology brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan. This technology can change the way you experience life. It has the potential to connect your mind, body and spirit with the universal consciousness. It is known to strengthen your nervous system and calm your nerves. This technology was designed to be shared with special, powerful people to remind themselves of who they are.

Yin

Yin classes are relaxing and have little active movement. Instead are a series of poses held for 3-5minutes. Poses are passive, targeting the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine and sometimes shoulders. Yin yoga is said to address connective tissue and fascia.

Meditation

The art of being ok with your mind continuing to do what it does, while you respectfully observe it and derive comfort in the stillness of watching. There are a multitude of modalities from open to closed eye practices and a plethora of techniques to explore.

Iyengar

Iyengar Yoga is a specific form of hatha yoga with an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment. The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained by practicing asana (poses). These classes are wonderful to gain specific insight to poses and to learn the basics as well as master the not so basic.

Hatha

All physical yoga is hatha yoga. In the west, we often refer to hatha classes as less vigorous physical practices. Hatha yoga consists of poses that are accessible by everybody with simple transitions and attention to being present.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga is the father of modern day vinyasa yoga, also linking breath to movement. It follows a specific sequence of postures and is divided into series.

Kids Yoga

Kids yoga is one of our passions. We believe that introducing kids to the technology of yoga as soon in their lives as possible is how we will change the world. Our students range from 2 month old babies to 12 year olds. Classes are age appropriate and delineated so as to derive the most benefit for the age group.

Sculpt

Sculpt is a combination of cardio movement and yoga poses to tone and strengthen the body. It is less meditative and more aerobic, giving the practitioner all the benefits of a raised heart rate whilst enjoying yoga poses.

Live your NOW-LIFE, NOW !

Your life is at a crossroad. In doubt you stand still.
Your head drops forward, your eyes come to rest upon your feet.
The realization is simple: YOUR FEET FACE FORWARD. This is the direction in which you must proceed. Go forward. There is nothing behind you.
Your future begins now. Colin Wolpert –  Author, Yoga Teacher Trainer, High Tech Entrepreneur.
